Back to School (Cybersecurity Edition)

Back to School (Cybersecurity Edition)

Some of us see September as the start of a new year of projects, initiatives and good resolutions.

And I know that for many people cybersecurity is the subject they still haven’t passed, so let’s see if we can get it done this year… Especially for the many who will be bound by the obligations of the Cybersecurity Coordination and Governance Act that is about to be published.

Here are 3 options to help you get up to speed with all of this.

  1. Cybersecurity Course for Executives

If what you need is a refresher in non-technical language to understand how this whole cybersecurity thing works so you can protect your company, this is the course for you.

It also comes with a full YEAR of Free Advice on any issue or question you have on the subject, whether at your company or in your day-to-day life.

It feels a bit cheeky to say so, but it’s also a project I’ve just launched myself, and I’m really excited about how it could help lots of people protect their businesses.

  1. Nebrija Master’s in Cybersecurity, Engineering and Management.

If you’re lucky enough to live near Madrid and hold a university degree, you can sign up for this on-campus programme led by Enrique Cervantes Mora, with teaching staff who have years of real-world experience at some of Spain’s biggest companies.

  1. EIP Professional Master’s in Cybersecurity Management, Ethical Hacking and Offensive Security.

If online learning is more your thing, this Master’s from the Escuela Internacional de Posgrado (International Postgraduate School) also has lecturers who are active in the cybersecurity world, and the progress students make by the time they finish is noticeably high.

It’s directed by Sergio Padilla Foubelo, one of the most respected professionals in the sector, and in many admission cases you don’t even need a university degree.

For me these are 3 flavours, 3 options, 3 ways to start this school year in good company, knowing that at the end of the road it will have been worth it.

Best of luck this year, and here’s hoping we all head off happy on the end-of-year school trip!
