Summer arrives and The CyberWeek takes things a little more calmly, though the bad guys’ work doesn’t close for the holidays. In this special I sit down again with the Captain to go over what’s brewing while half the country is at the beach.

We talk about the phishing campaigns that don’t rest in August, the scares left by the Booking case across every outlet, and why email is still the favourite way into your digital life. Nothing too technical. On these channels we do outreach for everyone, and that means explaining without dizzying anyone with jargon. For the deep stuff there are other colleagues who nail it. And we drop the big headline of the season on the hacktivism front, with a preview of an interview many were waiting for. Not even the artificial intelligence we asked managed to guess who it was.
